Osceola Public Library

A member of the Mississippi County Library System, the Osceola facility offers more than 30,000 volumes, more than 75 magazine and newspaper subscriptions, public internet, and children’s, youth and adult activities and programs. The Library holds an annual book sale beginning the Thursday after Thanksgiving Day, with smaller ongoing book sales throughout the year. The library also participates in the Roots Web and the Arkansas Genealogy Trails projects.
