Lee County Attractions

Lee County provides flatlands and agricultural vistas contrasted with upland forests as travelers enter the St. Francis National Forest. The forest offers spectacular views of native hardwoods. Along the spine of the ridge through the forest, travelers can look out over the tops of the trees to the vast flat lands, wetlands and convergence of the rivers beyond. Bounded on the east by the Mississippi River, two navigable rivers, the St. Francis and the L’Anguille, flow through the county.
